Hertz Local Edition in King of Prussia, PA, is hiring a Manager Trainee to join the local rental branch team. In this hands-on role, you’ll learn how to run a successful rental location while delivering a great customer experience and supporting daily branch operations.

This position offers structured training with real-world experience and a clear path for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months, based on performance and readiness. Wage starts at $18.50/hour plus incentives and benefits.

Responsabilités

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, customer service, operations, fleet logistics, and administration.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships, identifying needs, and applying sales techniques.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by guiding customers through the rental process and resolving questions professionally.
• Assist with daily branch operations, including fleet inventory, vehicle prep, lot organization, documentation, and compliance tasks.
• Partner with leadership to understand scheduling, team communication, and performance coaching.

Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to join our local rental branch team. In this hands-on role, you’ll learn how to run a successful rental location while delivering a great customer experience and supporting daily branch operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, customer-focused, and interested in growing into a leadership role. With structured training and real-world experience, you’ll prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months.

Wage: $18.50/hour + Incentives which vary based on job performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or other professional experience preferred.
• Strong communication, computer, multitasking, and time management skills.
• A self-motivated, adaptable approach with an interest in learning the business and growing into leadership.
