The Manager Trainee is a full-time, entry-level role designed to prepare you for leadership within 84 Lumber. It offers hands-on training in store operations, sales, customer service, blueprint reading, inventory management, and more, with potential for promotion to management within 6-12 months based on performance.
No experience is required; just dedication and willingness to learn. You will learn:
Work involves indoor and outdoor settings, assisting customers in all weather conditions, with physical activities such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 80 pounds. Machinery and airborne particles may be present.
High school diploma or GED; full-time availability (48+ hours/week, including overtime). No prior experience necessary.
