Menard, Inc Career Center is seeking dedicated individuals for its Manager Trainee Position, a paid full-time training program aimed at developing future retail leaders. Participants will gain hands-on experience alongside the General Management team and store members to prepare for management roles.

This role emphasizes customer service excellence and leadership development, with endless opportunities for advancement within Menard's numerous locations across the United States.

Qualifications

Outstanding Customer Service skills are essential.
Ability to lead and develop a team is required.
Leadership experience or a business-related degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in the Manager Trainee program designed for retail management.
