Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center in Ames, IA is seeking motivated individuals for the Manager Trainee program. This full-time role involves hands-on training in retail management, working directly with management teams to prepare for leadership positions.

Successful trainees will have the opportunity to advance within over 330 locations and various departments. Ideal candidates should possess exceptional customer service skills, leadership experience, and a passion for excellence.

Qualifications

Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.
Motivated individuals with a passion for excellence are encouraged.
Ability to manage and guide a team effectively.

Responsibilities

Participate in the Manager Trainee program for hands-on training.
Work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.
Prepare for a management role in retail operations.
