Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center in Altoona, Iowa, is hiring for a Manager Trainee position. This full-time role offers extensive training and the opportunity for career advancement within a growing retail management landscape. Candidates will work closely with the General Management team and other managers to develop essential skills for a management role.

Menards promotes from within, providing opportunities to advance to various store locations and corporate positions after completing the program. Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for excellence are key attributes we seek.

Qualifications

Must demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to lead and develop a team in a retail environment.
Leadership experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Participate in hands-on training to develop management skills.
Slowly take on more responsibilities within the store.
Work with General Management and other managers to understand the business.
