Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center in Joliet, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals for a Manager Trainee position. This role offers a full-time, paid hands-on training program designed to develop future leaders in retail management.

As a Manager Trainee, you will work closely with the General Management team and store members to understand business operations and prepare for advancement. The program supports a promote-from-within culture with endless opportunities across over 330 locations.
