The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a short-term transitional role designed to prepare candidates for Retail/Commercial Store Management positions. The program typically lasts 8-12 weeks, depending on prior experience and performance.
An MIT is part of the management team, expected to Live The Pledge, deliver WOW! Customer Service, and drive store performance. Under the Store Manager's supervision, the MIT will lead by example and maintain an engaged, productive team. Key responsibilities include:
