Shift Manager – McDonald’s Franchisee

Location: North Carolina (independent franchise). Starting pay: $12.50 per hour and up. Full‑time availability and quick‑service restaurant experience preferred.

Overview

Our team is hiring motivated manager trainees. This posting is for management positions at an independent McDonald’s franchisee in North Carolina. Certified shift managers lead the team in food safety, production, and cleaning procedures and embrace McDonald’s Make It promises.

Responsibilities

• Listen and communicate with guests, providing and modeling exceptional customer service for the team.
• Encourage high performance with fellow managers, ensuring great shifts for everyone, and assist crew trainers as well as coach all crew in customer focus, cleanliness, etc.
• Achieve shift business targets and goals outlined by the General Manager, monitoring inventory and profitability.
