Menards, a leading home improvement retailer, invites candidates to join a paid Manager Trainee program designed to build future leaders for our stores. You’ll work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn operations and prepare for a management role across our network.

Graduates and motivated individuals with leadership potential can grow into store leadership roles with opportunities at 330+ locations, corporate, manufacturing, and distribution centers.

Qualifications

Outstanding Customer Service skills.
Ability to lead and develop a team.
Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in paid Manager Trainee program and learn store operations.
Develop understanding of general management responsibilities.
