Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee program in Grand Island. This paid, full-time, hands-on training is designed to prepare you for store management with hands-on experience and mentorship from General Management teams.

As you progress, you’ll work with Department Managers and Store Team Members to build understanding of our business and advance toward a management role within Menards’ expansive network of locations and facilities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Experience leading and developing a team is preferred.
• Business-related degree is a plus for the role.
