Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center in Crest Hill, Illinois is offering a full-time Manager Trainee position aimed at growing future retail managers. This paid program provides hands-on training, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, motivation, and a passion for excellence. Upon completion of the training, graduates will be eligible for management roles at any of the company's over 330 store locations.

Qualifications

Motivated candidates who have outstanding customer service skills are preferred.
Capable of leading and developing a team.
Leadership experience or a degree in a business-related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in a hands-on training program aimed at developing managerial skills.
Work alongside department managers to understand the business.
Prepare for a management role within the company.
