Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center in West Chicago is looking for passionate individuals to join their Manager Trainee program, a full-time, paid training course aimed at developing future managers.

As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and mentorship in areas of retail management, among a promote-from-within culture ensuring great career advancement opportunities. A background in leadership and customer service is advantageous.

The role includes additional perks such as weekend hourly bonuses, medical and dental plans, and exclusive discounts.

Qualifications

Motivated and enthusiastic candidates are sought for managerial roles.
