The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a short-term transitional role that provides work assignments and training to prepare MITs for promotion into Retail/Commercial Store Management positions. Progression to management typically occurs within approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on experience and performance.
MITs are responsible for completing training, learning about the business and culture, and demonstrating progress to remain in the program and be considered for management openings. Promotion to Store Manager or Commercial Sales Manager is not guaranteed and depends on performance and availability.
