The Hertz Manager In Training program provides hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months. This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

Wages: $16.00/hour. The program combines structured development with on-the-job learning across Hertz locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Strong computer skills and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
