This role has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months and supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

The wage for this position is $16.00/hr., and the program blends on-the-job learning with structured training to prepare you for leadership

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.
• Participate in Sales, Operations, and Customer Service training as part of the Manager In Training program.
• Develop skills in finance, fleet management and people management to progress toward Branch Manager.
