Our Team

Focused on order fulfillment, we build software that powers our manufacturing operation as part of the Mass Customization Platform. Without us, orders would not have been completed and delivered on time.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee the timely delivery of a new initiative delivering a set of cloud-based services to our customers in the Manufacturing Information Systems (MIS) space. This is an exciting new chapter in an already critical set of services.
  • Collaborate with team members across engineering, product, and other parts of the organization to identify dependencies and deliver predictably and promptly. This includes managing sprint iterations, feature development, and release planning. Work closely with product management team members to ensure clear milestones are set, and adapt to shifting priorities as the product evolves.
  • Lead and mentor a team and maintain a strong team culture. Foster a sense of trust, belonging, and inclusivity within the team.
  • Coach team members on their career growth and provide feedback openly. This includes conducting performance reviews, mentoring, and creating career development plans tailored to each team member’s growth aspirations
  • Effectively communicate team progress and raise questions or recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with distributed teams across time zones such as US / Europe / India.
  • Familiarity with the printing and mass customization domain.
