Job summary

Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Manager of Technical Delivery to lead a Delivery Services team responsible for consulting, implementing, and escalating customer software solutions. The role includes hiring, performance management, and mentoring while ensuring productive utilization and high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities cover staffing forecasts, escalation handling, and collaboration with Product and Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, IT Management, or related field and 5 years experience or HS/GED and 9 years experience in business.
• 5 years’ experience leading high performing teams or projects in the banking, payments receivables, lockbox processing or software implementation space.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Exceptional analytical skills, customer service orientation, detail orientation and administrative skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations; manage changing, competing and conflicting priorities; multitask effectively with urgency, speed, accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team responsible for consultation, implementation and escalation of customer software implementations.
• Accountable for hiring, performance management, training and development for the Delivery Services team.
• Escalation point for project and client satisfaction issues.
• Ensures team productivity, drives revenue and client satisfaction through delivery.
• Projects hiring/staffing needs based on anticipated demand and forecasts.
• Manages current workload to minimize attrition and stress.
• Liaises on pre-sales opportunities with Product and Development.

This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.
