Job summary

Jefferson Health in Fort Washington, PA seeks a senior Project Management/PMO leader to oversee PMO staff, ensure governance, and drive alignment with enterprise goals and digital transformation. You will manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, mentor project managers and analysts, and coordinate with IS&T and clinical departments to deliver results.

Required: Bachelor's in information sciences/technology or related fields, 7+ years in IT/healthcare/project management, and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in information Sciences and Technology or Information Management related fields or Associate's Degree and 10 years preferred work experience.
• 7 years progressive work experience in information technology, healthcare or business project management related fields.
• 1 year experience in a lead, supervisory or leadership role.
• Core technical and project management skills including project management expertise, portfolio and governance management.
• Ability to manage, mentor and coach project managers and analysts to foster growth and learning.

Minimum Qualifications

Understanding of enterprise platforms, digital technologies, and integration tools to bridge business and technical needs. Ability to manage, mentor and coach project managers and analysts to foster a culture of growth and continuous learning. Relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Effective communication and collaboration across teams and departments. Competence in monitoring KPIs. Ability to identify risks, manage change and implement mitigation strategies for technology initiatives. Capacity to navigate ambiguity and deliver results using problem-solving and adaptability.

Physical Demands

Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
