Job summary

The role reports 8 direct reports and acts as a strategic technology leader capable of challenging stakeholders and delivering executive summaries.

The ideal candidate has software development background, Microsoft stack/C#, experience in architectural reviews, and familiarity with AI tools and modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and SDLC skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience; 3–5 years as Product Manager or IT Manager.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should come from a software development background, preferably with experience in the Microsoft stack/C#, and be comfortable in architectural review discussions. They should also understand emerging AI tools and trends, including Claude, frontier models, AI application modernization, and hands‑on experimentation such as vibe coding.

Compensation:
$160,000 per year
