Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, including managing global 24x7 environments.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft platforms: O365, Active Directory, Azure, SaaS, IaaS.
• Strong background in system monitoring, security, and backup technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and enforcing IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
• Strong business acumen; able to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Pay Range: $134,788.00-$171,585.00
