Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years in systems engineering and software development.
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
• Proven experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with middleware, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, databases, and analytics solutions.
• Performance optimization experience.
• Good understanding of ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Skilled at translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Deep knowledge of modern application architectures and development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
• SQL-based BI analytics background and Python proficiency required.

Pay Range: $137,483.00-$175,017.00
