Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a maintenance team leader to drive performance of plant equipment. You will lead a dedicated group, coordinate with manufacturing and facilities engineering, and set cost-control standards while maintaining critical parts inventory.

You’ll coach staff, uphold safety and housekeeping, and push continuous improvement in maintenance operations within a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with maintenance experience.
• Hands-on leadership in industrial maintenance or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, presses, robotics, PLCs.

Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead a dedicated team of production maintenance associates to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment supporting plant operations.
• In this hands on leadership role, you’ll coordinate closely with manufacturing and facilities engineering, set performance and cost control standards, and maintain critical parts inventory.
• You’ll also provide coaching and training, uphold safety and housekeeping standards, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance operations.
• This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree + 2+ years in industrial maintenance with leadership experience or associate’s degree + 3+ years in industrial maintenance or High School Diploma + 5+ years in industrial maintenance
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, presses, robotics, PLC equipment, and related machinery
• Skilled in using tools for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
• Ability to be present in manufacturing environments for extended periods
• Exposure to dust, heat, chemicals, and noise
• Must be able to travel occasionally (facility support, trade shows, training, etc.)

Pay Range: $73,499.00-$91,795.00
