Tiffany & Co. is seeking a transformative Project Manager to drive planning, execution, and assessment of supply chain transformation initiatives.

You will partner with IT, Finance, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and ensure quality throughout the lifecycle, with a focus on Anaplan, Power BI, and data analytics. The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams, strong collaboration with sponsors, and the ability to manage risks and reporting cadence in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

Overview

Support the planning, execution, and assessment of transformation initiatives across the Supply Chain & Logistics organization. Responsibilities include developing, monitoring, and evaluating systems and processes, as well as serving as a key business partner within the Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE). The role also includes building and managing project teams, reporting progress to key stakeholders, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Experience with Anaplan, Power BI, and data analytics is preferred.

Key Accountabilities
Project Management
  • Defines the short- and long-term objectives for process and technology solutions supporting the end-to-end supply chain.
  • Leads multiple projects from business case development to final product delivery.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams by prioritizing and coordinating all aspects of project execution. Collaboratively works with cross-functional partners like IT, Supply Chain Planning, Product Marketing, Industrial Planning, Manufacturing, Global Trade & Logistics, Finance, etc. towards process excellence.
  • Work closely with business sponsors, stakeholders and functional owners as needed to ensure well-defined business cases, strategies and project plans.
  • Monitors, identifies, and responds to project risks while helping the project owners and sponsors prioritize risk mitigating actions.
  • Ensures reporting cadence is followed and communication needs of the project are appropriately met.
  • Ensures the proper change management and adoption approach is considered for each project.
Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE)

Provide business leadership within the Anaplan CoE, serving as liaison between user and IT/Technical CoE to resolve issues encountered by the business team, assisting directly when possible and otherwise ensuring that issues are logged, prioritized, and addressed.

Cultivate expertise in the business use of Tiffany’s Anaplan models and, ideally, technical skills in Anaplan.

Supply Chain & Merchandising System Support

Act as systems subject matter expert with functional groups as it relates to use of the evolving Supply Chain & Merchandising application landscape.

Create and maintain project-supporting documentation as required as part of process and system redesign efforts, including process flows, procedures, quick reference guides, and testing scripts. Maintain documents as systems evolve.

Support the training of internal users from their functional areas as related to all initiatives. Transfer knowledge and ownership to appropriate business areas upon project launch.

Knowledge Building & Team Building

Maintain a high level of knowledge and proficiency with technical tools, industry trends, and current best practices in Supply Chain, Master Data Management, and supporting systems.

Gain experience and develop a strong knowledge base of internal processes and applications to understand complex situations and relationships.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field and/or equivalent experience

Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships

  • Ability to interact positively with a diverse group of individuals and recognize key stakeholders and develop tactics to effectively implement change.
  • Authentic curiosity and learning agility to deeply understand business needs.

Consultative skills, such as workshop facilitation, synthesize information into presentations with actionable recommendations, and business case development.

  • Ability to manage workload amid shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience as a project manager of large and complex projects.
  • PowerBI or Data Science experience

The hiring range for this position ranges from $122,500 - $172,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus.
