Mattress Firm is seeking a remote/hybrid Manager, Supply Chain Technology to lead the delivery and ongoing improvement of WMS, TMS, and related supply chain tech across distribution centers and last-mile operations.
You will partner with Operations, Logistics, and IT teams to implement scalable solutions, manage vendors, and drive efficiency and customer experience improvements across the supply chain.

The (REMOTE) Manager, Supply Chain Technology, is responsible for the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of technology solutions that enable efficient warehouse, transportation, and final-mile operations. Reporting to the Director, this role provides technical leadership for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Final Mile Delivery platforms, integrations, and related supply chain technologies. The Manager partners closely with Distribution Center Operations, Transportation, Logistics, and Tech teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions that improve operational performance and customer experience. This role leads project delivery, production support, system enhancements, vendor management, and technology modernization efforts across assigned platforms.
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
5+ years of IT experience with exposure to Supply Chain systems, operations, logistics, product delivery, system sustainment, or technology operations required. Experience delivering or supporting solutions with WMS/TMS, ERP integrations, logistics systems, routing, delivery, or related operational technology platforms preferred. Experience managing cross-functional work with business and IT stakeholders, including requirements, backlog priorities, testing, issue resolution, and release readiness required. Experience leading teams, matrixed resources, vendors, or project delivery resources preferred. Experience managing project costs, vendor spend inputs, resource planning, or budget-related tracking within defined scope preferred.
Working knowledge of SQL and Data base management. Product/domain expertise in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Final Mile Delivery, or related retail technology capabilities.
Technology platforms such as WMS (e.g., Koerber/Infios), TMS, and delivery routing systems such as DispatchTrack. ERP integration and data flows across supply chain systems. Agile software delivery, product backlog management, sprint planning, release readiness, UAT coordination, and production support practices. Microsoft Office, including Project and Visio. Working knowledge of budget tracking, vendor coordination, and resource planning practices relevant to departmental technology delivery. Working knowledge of the Microsoft D365 ERP platform preferred.
Relevant technology, Agile, Project Management, Product Management, ITIL, or supply chain certifications preferred.
