Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a delivery logistics associate to schedule deliveries, track missed or re-delivery issues, and prepare complete records for contractor settlements. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and professional communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include training completion, adherence to company standards, and timely reporting of concerns to leadership to optimize department operations.

Qualifications

Essential Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries according to capacity and business conditions.
• Record missed and/or re-delivery problems.
• Submit completed delivery manifests and stop records by deadline for contractor settlement purposes.
• Complete records for contractor settlement.
• Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.

Non-Essential Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and accurately.
• Maintain accuracy of ticket management system.
• Print accurate pick lists.
• Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

1+ Years related experience required

Compensation

Compensation: Competitive pay range of $19.00-$20.50 per hour *Actual pay is based on documented and verified relevant work experience and does not guarantee employment for any specific period. Additional bonus opportunities may be available at the Company’s discretion for eligible roles, including leadership and individual contributor positions.
