Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a Manager Supply Chain Programs 2 for the Global Supply Chain Program Management organization, onsite in Sierra Vista, AZ.

The role requires a Secret clearance, with 25% travel and a 9/80 schedule offering every other Friday off. You will coordinate跨-functional teams to meet commitments, lead risk/opportunity plans, and manage cost and schedule data within Earned Value Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain or related fields, or Master’s with 3 years, or HS diploma with 9 years.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team, process, or project.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience presenting to Senior Leadership.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point with Responsibility, Accountability, and Action (RAA) to the Operating Unit Leader within the GSCPM team.
• Develop and execute GSC strategies to support build processes, focusing on affordability, efficiency, safety, and first‑time quality.
• Integrate and manage cost and schedule data for Earned Value Management baselines.
• Manage proposal development to ensure timely submissions.
• Manage material financials to support program goals.
• Track schedule performance and identify risks/opportunities.

Position Overview

Manager Supply Chain Programs 2 – Global Supply Chain Program Management organization, located onsite in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

Relocation assistance may be available. Clearance required: Secret. Travel: Yes, 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functionally to ensure all supply chain commitments are met, and develop and execute integrated mitigation or opportunity plans to address organizational or programmatic risks and opportunities related to procurement supply chain.
• Serve as the focal point with Responsibility, Accountability, and Action (RAA) to the Operating Unit Leader within the GSCPM team.
• Develop and execute GSC strategies to support the build process on the program, focusing on affordability, operational efficiency, safety, and first‑time quality targets.
• Accurately integrate and manage cost and schedule data in support of the Earned Value Management baseline.
• Manage proposal development to ensure timely and quality submission of Prime proposals.
• Manage material financials to support program financial goals.
• Track schedule performance.
• Identify and manage risk/opportunity.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, resource planning, operations or accounting; OR a Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience in these fields; OR a High School Diploma/Equivalent with 9 years of experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team, process, and/or project.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience conducting presentations to and collaborating with Senior Leadership.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Secret level clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Government Property Management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits

Primary level salary range: $126,600.00 – $189,800.00. Additional compensation may include overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, and, for higher positions, long‑term incentives.
