In this role, the incumbent will also serve as the global supply chain data expert and drive the standardization of organizational data practices and architecture.**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Own the process of gathering, extracting, and compiling data across sources via relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python)* Independently format, re-structure, and/or validate data to ensure quality, and review the dataset to ensure it is ready for analysis* Synthesize business needs with your partners and stakeholders to prioritize what analytical tools to build, set goals, and help steer the definition of global supply chain KPIs* Use data to identify supply chain process gaps, quantify improvement opportunities, and track value brought to the business from key initiatives* Design, build, configure, test, debug, and maintain various reports and dashboards* Develop hypotheses and employ a diverse toolkit of rigorous analytical approaches, different methodologies, frameworks, and technical approaches to test them* Influence partners and end users to employ world-class data governance and management practices* Build credibility through structure and clarity, and become a trusted data resource and process expert**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field or equivalent practical experience* 5+ years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), and querying databases or statistical analysis* 3+ years of professional experience in supply chain related field* Advanced proficiency to visualize data using PowerBI and/or Tableau desired* Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP BI desired* Use custom data infrastructure or existing data models as appropriate, using specialized knowledge* Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational and time-management abilities* Strong problem-solving skills* Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically* This role may require 10% or less of business travel for global team meetings.**SALARY**:The estimated salary range for this position is $96,600to $135,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
