TubeScience in Los Angeles is seeking a hands-on Studio Manager to own the studio operations for fast-paced video production. You’ll keep gear ready, plan coverage, and coordinate with Post, Facilities, IT, and Finance to prevent recurring problems.
You’ll mentor Studio Coordinators and PAs, manage gear inventory and vendor relationships, and ensure safety and efficiency across shoots in a high-volume content studio.
We're a creative strategy and production company making high-performing video ads for DTC and e-commerce brands. We combine data, direct-response principles, and creative craft to help clients scale profitably on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV and beyond. We shoot a lot and we shoot fast, so the studio has to be ready before anyone asks.
We're hiring a hands-on manager to own the studio, not just the schedule. You'll lead Studio Operations and report to our Director of Physical Production.
When gear goes missing, you fix checkout. When an issue hits three shoots in a row, you write the SOP that ends it. When a busy week is coming, coverage is already planned. We're hiring for judgment: what needs attention now, what can wait, and how to keep the floor running when you're not on it.
TubeScience is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
