McDonald’s is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Planning within IS&P to shape the strategic direction, translate long-term objectives into actionable plans, and drive governance and performance management across the organization.

The role partners with Finance and senior stakeholders to realize savings, forecast performance, and deliver enterprise value. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in strategy, consulting, finance, procurement, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive presentation development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.

Within Global Business Services, the Indirect Sourcing & Procurement (IS&P) organization serves as the enterprise steward of indirect spend, helping the business make informed commercial decisions, unlock sustainable value, improve supplier performance, and strengthen governance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

The Manager, Strategy & Planning plays a critical role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of the Indirect Sourcing & Procurement (IS&P) organization. Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Planning, this individual will help translate long-term objectives into actionable plans, drive governance and performance management processes, support enterprise savings and value realization efforts, and enable senior leaders to make data-driven decisions.

This role requires a highly strategic and analytical thinker who can navigate ambiguity, influence across functions, and drive initiatives from concept through execution. The successful candidate will partner closely with IS&P leadership, Finance, Functional stakeholders, and sourcing teams to advance key priorities and accelerate organizational impact.

Preferred

• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, procurement, or finance organizations.
• Experience supporting governance, planning, or PMO activities.
• Familiarity with savings management, value realization, budgeting, or financial planning processes.
• Experience working in global and highly matrixed organizations.

Salary Range

The expected salary range range -$115,872.00 - $144,840.00per year
