Job summary

Sigma Earth is seeking a senior Operations & Strategy leader to drive operational excellence for the Services business. You will own forecasting, planning, and cross-functional alignment while building reporting infrastructure and enabling teams across the company.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in top-tier strategy roles, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to lead complex initiatives in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting and/or business operations and strategy roles in fast-paced tech companies.
• Experience owning and scaling operations for B2B products or services is preferred.
• 2+ years of people management experience and a track record of developing talent.
• Strong modelling and data analysis skills to solve diverse business problems.
• Structured approach to turning strategic goals into executable plans.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and effective execution.
• Experience building repeatable operational systems in high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve productivity and decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders across teams.

You Will

• Drive operational excellence: Design, implement, and improve processes and systems that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability across the Services business.
• Build reporting infrastructure: Create and maintain key dashboards and reporting tools to track business health, performance, and operational priorities.
• Support data-driven decisions: Analyze data to uncover meaningful insights and translate them into clear recommendations, action plans, and business improvements.
• Lead strategic planning: Manage the strategic planning process for the Services organization, including OKR development, business reviews, and long-term planning.
• Own forecasting models: Build and manage complex forecasting models that support budgeting, staffing, capacity planning, and other core business processes.
• Drive strategic initiatives: Lead complex initiatives involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Improve cross-functional alignment: Partner with Services leaders to create clear and compelling materials that explain the Services offering accurately.
• Deliver enablement: Support cross-functional teams by providing enablement on Services offerings, processes, and priorities.
• Lead a small team: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of two talented professionals.
• Champion operating principles: Lead by example and promote a high-performance, customer-focused, and mission-driven team culture.
