Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior strategic sourcing leader to drive category strategies and multi-year roadmaps across indirect spend. Job description

• Develop and execute category strategies and sourcing plans for indirect goods and services.
• Serve as a strategic business partner using market intelligence, spend analytics, supplier insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coach and develop the sourcing team across IT, ITO, and BPO categories.
• Develop and execute multi-year category roadmaps and annual sourcing plans.
• Partner with business unit leaders to align supplier portfolios and sourcing activities with organizational goals.
• Lead negotiations for complex, high-value agreements, including legal and commercial terms, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with legal, risk management, and finance to finalize compliant contracts.
• Drive supplier segmentation, structured reviews, supplier performance, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day RFx processes, project evaluations, and team workflows.
• Support special sourcing projects and other assigned duties.
• Lead strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier performance management, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with procurement standards, company policies, regulatory requirements, and established controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field, preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of developing and executing comprehensive category strategies, strategic sourcing initiatives, and robust supplier management programs.
• Specialized expertise in sourcing and negotiating complex, high-value agreements for Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and contingent labor categories.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Expertise in category strategies and multi-year sourcing roadmaps.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders and aligning supplier portfolios with organizational goals.
• Experience negotiating complex, high-value agreements, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Knowledge of procurement standards, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
• Experience with supplier segmentation, performance management, and vendor relationships.
• Experience managing RFx processes, project evaluations, and team workflows.
