Through strategic direction and impactful leadership, the this manager will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization’s cloud and ERP landscape, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and delivering sustainable growth and competitive advantage.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES*** Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.* Lead the strategic planning and execution of systems across Finance and other areas, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business priorities through the management of the organization's portfolio of technology and non-technology initiatives from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Establish and report upon qualitative and quantitative measurements of project status and success.* Own all aspects of the cloud operations process lifecycle, including strategy, planning, and cloud governance, including the Change Advisory/Change Control Board, and oversee change management activities.* Drive operational excellence through the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, best practices, and procedures across all areas of operations.
