Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a management or leadership role.
  • 6+ years in project management.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: ITIL and Lean Six Sigma certifications.
  • Cloud operations or ERP implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage hiring, coaching, rewards, performance and staff productivity; direct day-to-day operations and policy implementation.
  • Lead strategic planning and execution of Finance systems and technology initiatives aligned with business priorities.
  • Own cloud operations process lifecycle including governance and Change Advisory/Change Control Board.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, defining KPIs, metrics and SLAs.
  • Champion tool/process improvements to expand cloud services and customer base.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of systems across Finance and other areas, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business priorities through the management of the organization's portfolio of technology and non-technology initiatives from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Establish and report upon qualitative and quantitative measurements of project status and success.
  • Own all aspects of the cloud operations process lifecycle, including strategy, planning, and cloud governance, including the Change Advisory/Change Control Board, and oversee change management activities.
  • Drive operational excellence through the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, best practices, and procedures across all areas of operations. Define KPIs, metrics, and SLAs to measure and monitor performance, cost, and support baselines.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives for tools and processes to support the expansion of cloud services and customer base.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.
EXPERIENCE
Required
  • 3 years of experience in management or leadership role.
  • 6 years of experience in project management.
Preferred
  • 5 years of experience in consulting, technology services, cloud operations, or related field.

Pay Range Minimum $118,400.00

Pay Range Maximum $196,800.00

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
