Job summary

enGen seeks a Director of Finance Cloud Applications Support to lead a team managing Oracle ERP products including Finance, Supply Chain and PPM, with Oracle Cloud EPM understanding. You’ll own cloud finance apps, supervise onshore and offshore staff, and drive enhancements and upgrades.

You will oversee vendor relations and strategic initiatives for clients. The role requires managing multiple complex projects, strong executive presence, and a deep finance-IT background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or IT.
• 7 years leading successful projects on a Cloud technology platform.
• 5 years in a management or leadership role.
• 5 years with Oracle Cloud ERP applications or similar Cloud ERP tech.
• PMP, Oracle certifications or ITIL preferred.

Responsibilities

Will have full responsibility of the finance IT systems leading a team of business analysts to include onshore, offshore, and third-party vendors. Will function as the application owner for the Oracle ERP Cloud suite and other supporting finance systems. Will direct the daily operations of these teams in addition to strategic initiatives initiated by our clients. Will have to navigate through steady state operations as well as leading the team through future implementations.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES*** Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.
