Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Manager of Strategic Partner Development to lead a specialized team driving rapid AI co‑innovation and high‑velocity partnerships. You will embed Gemini in partner ecosystems and orchestrate complex GEAP integrations with executive engagement.

You will guide teams through unconventional commercial agreements and help scale AI adoption within partner networks, leveraging deep expertise in Business Applications, AI, and autonomous agent frameworks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a specialized, agile team of High Growth Partner Development Managers (PDMs) focusing on depth across Domain Expertise, Partner Executive Engagement, and Technical Proficiency.
• Guide PDMs and partner technical/executive teams through complex technical integrations and architecture mapping on the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (GEAP).
• Demonstrate exceptional business agility to structure, discuss, and execute unconventional, multi‑year commercial agreements with C‑level partner executives.
• Own and drive non‑traditional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focused on Agentic AI adoption: volume of newly published agents, active GEAP consumption, and capture of incremental, high‑value business.
• Support your team in elevating partner relationships from general co‑sell motions to deep, joint‑innovation partnerships focused on AI.

• Track record of pivoting teams from traditional infrastructure/migration sales motions to high‑velocity, co‑innovation, and AI‑led GTM strategies.
