Your Role

As a Manager, Strategic Finance with Evergreen Nephrology, you are responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis for Evergreen’s corporate teams and physician partners. This includes developing financial models, preparing variance reports and creating presentations to be used in internal and external meetings with key stakeholders. You will collaborate with teams across the organization, including our accounting, analytics, actuary, and operations teams. This role will report directly to the VP of Finance.

Role Responsibilities

  • Prepare regular monthly and/or quarterly financial reports for leadership, operators, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Partner collaboratively with cross-functional teams to respond to questions and other requests regarding financial and operational analysis
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop an annual budget and mid-year forecasts
  • Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance department including enhancing / automating processes, developing templates, and supervising junior finance resources
  • Access, gather, and synthesize data from our accounting and reporting systems daily
  • Support business and corporate development projects, as needed
  • Ad hoc analyses and other duties, as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience working in FP&A or similar role
  • 2+ years of experience working in healthcare or related field
  • Experience with NetSuite (or similar finance technology platforms) preferred
  • Experience with VBA or other analytical software (e.g., SQL) a plus
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Must possess ability to operate in a fast paced and dynamic start-up environment
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams
  • Able to work effectively in a primarily remote environment:
    • Home internet must support a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Cable, Fiber, or DSL connections hardwired to the internet device are recommended
    • Evergreen will provide remote employees with telephony applications and equipment to meet the business requirements for their role
    • Employees must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $140,000 annually. Exact pay is determined based on experience, education, demand for the role, and other role-specific factors.

This role is also eligible for an annual bonus.
