The Role

The Manager/Sr. Manager, Facilities & Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repairs of all stores across the Leap platform. This highly cross-functional role involves working with store teams, contractors, vendors, and internal partners to ensure all stores are maintained to the highest standards, while optimizing cost, efficiency, and speed.

Role Location

This New York City–based role requires in-office presence 2–3 days per week at our Tribeca location.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities & Maintenance

• Oversee maintenance and repair of all retail stores by creating and managing a vendor network to meet brand and operational standards.
• Onboard vendors and manage related tools and systems.
• Develop and execute strategies to identify and prioritize projects supporting company goals.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize emergency issues.
• Resolve maintenance issues swiftly to reduce business interruption.
• Support retail teams with operational challenges related to facilities and maintenance.
• Manage communication, timelines, and updates for ongoing maintenance projects.

• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and building code regulations across all states.
• Maintain records of inspections, permits, and compliance activities.

Vendor & Budget Management

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Manage the facilities budget of approximately $0.5M through expense tracking, project management, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor vendor compliance and service quality via SLAs.
• Develop communication strategies for operational tasks.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner with Platform Operations, Store Development, Visual Merchandising, and IT teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Support retail leadership with maintenance audits and reviews.
• Create and communicate SLAs for issue resolution timelines.
• Provide updates on maintenance projects, including budgets, alignment, and timelines.

Salary Range Transparency

The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000–$126,000. All roles are eligible for annual bonuses and equity awards based on performance.
