The Manager/Sr. Manager, Facilities & Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repairs of all stores across the Leap platform. This highly cross-functional role involves working with store teams, contractors, vendors, and internal partners to ensure all stores are maintained to the highest standards, while optimizing cost, efficiency, and speed.
This New York City–based role requires in-office presence 2–3 days per week at our Tribeca location.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000–$126,000. All roles are eligible for annual bonuses and equity awards based on performance.
