Calcilytix Therapeutics, an affiliate within BridgeBio Pharma, is developing encaleret, a negative allosteric modulator of the calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR) for the treatment of Autosomal Dominant Hypocalcemia Type 1 (ADH1), a genetic cause of hypoparathyroidism. Encaleret is currently being evaluated in a Phase 3 clinical study and has received Orphan Drug Designation from the US FDA, EMA, and PMDA as well as Fast Track Designation from the US FDA. Results from the Phase 2b clinical study of encaleret in patients in ADH1 were published in theNew England Journal of Medicine .
The Manager/Sr. Manager, Commercial Global Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for developing comprehensive supply plans to support commercial forecasts, optimizing inventory positions, contributing to the S&OP process, and supporting supply chain launch readiness efforts for new commercial products. Collaboration with internal and external partners , including Commercial demand planning, CMC teams, and CMOs / CPOs , will be instrumental in successfully developing a global supply plan that supports market demand and drives supply chain efficiency.

This is a role that can either be based in the San Francisco Bay area, requiring in-office collaboration 2- 3x per week in the San Francisco Office, or remotely (US), that will require periodic visits to the San Francisco Office (4- 8x per year).
