We are seeking a Manager, Software Test to oversee quality assurance processes, resource planning, and issue resolution. The role involves documenting test procedures, developing standards, participating in product design reviews, planning test strategies, reviewing documentation, coordinating testing activities, evaluating testing tools, and supervising QA analysts and testers. This position is remote, with the employee's primary residence in New York State.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Test Lead, QA Analyst, or related role
• Experience with iterative, waterfall, and agile methodologies
• Proven ability to lead all phases of IT testing projects
• Strong coordination skills with project teams and stakeholders

Additional Information:

Salary: $148,987/year, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, paid time off, and holidays. Remote work opportunities are available on a case-by-case basis.
