Symbiotic Services is recruiting a Software Engineering Manager to lead high-impact digital development teams for a globally recognized retail brand. This hands-on leader will drive innovation, deliver scalable software systems, and manage cross-functional teams aligned with digital transformation goals.

You will oversee delivery of enterprise systems, set technical strategy, enforce best practices, and mentor engineers while partnering with business leaders to ensure ROI and reliability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience with RESTful APIs and server-side technologies.
• 3+ years in a software engineering leadership role with direct people management.
• Strong proficiency in microservices, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD automation.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred).
