Job summary

Sasol (USA) Corporation is seeking a seasoned Manager Site Infrastructure for the Lake Charles Chemical Complex in Lake Charles, LA. You will lead infrastructure programs from concept to project completion, align with safety, compliance and growth objectives, and report to senior leadership.

The role requires 10+ years of operations experience, 5+ years managing large assets, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years in industry operations; 5+ years on large assets/projects.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations (DEQ, EPA, OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Lead Lake Charles Complex with safety and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with Public Affairs, Technical Services, Maintenance, Operations and Business Areas.
• Ensure facilities meet safety regs and mitigate risks.
• Manage expansions, colocation and stakeholder relations.
• Oversee long-range facility planning, renovations, expansions, or new projects.
• Support VP Operations, US as Secretary of the LCCC Growth Forum.
• Maintain terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement with HR as required.

Purpose of Job

The Manger Site Infrastructure LCCC (Lake Charles Chemical Complex) is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all site infrastructure upkeep and development activities from concepts to project completion.

Key Accountabilities

• Member of the Lake Charles Chemical Complex leadership team and supports the site to ensure safety, compliance and meeting strategic objectives for growth.
• Stakeholder Management: Works directly with internal stakeholders (Public Affairs, Technical Services, Maintenance, Operations and Business Areas) to ensure facilities and operations are ready for future requirements.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensures all facilities and activities affecting infrastructure meet safety standards, regulations, and legal requirements, reducing liability and mitigating risks.
• Business Development Relations: Manages contacts with stakeholders for expansions, colocation, etc.
• Strategic Planning: Handles long-range facility planning, including renovations, expansions, or new projects.
• Supports VP Operations, US as a Secretary of the LCCC Growth Forum.
• Responsible, with Shift Supervisor and HR, for maintaining and executing the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Lake Charles East Plant as required

Formal Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Working Experience

• 10+ years relevant experience in industry operations, preferablyincluding 5+ years of experience inmanaging multiple and/or large-scale assets or projects.
• Working knowledge and experience with state and federal regulations; DEQ; EPA; OSHA, etc
