Join the security team at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital as a Manager Security - Security - Day Shift. This full-time position offers flexibility to cover other shifts and weekends, located at Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage security activities across all shifts, supervising sergeants and officers.
2. Administer training programs and maintain physical security operations, policies, and procedures.
3. Ensure safety of hospital environment, oversee daily inspections, and respond to security issues.
4. Assist staff in duties and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

Preferred Criteria

• College experience in Security or related field.
• MOAB Instructor Certification.
• Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
• Law enforcement management experience.
• NYS Security Officer Training.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 5+ years managerial and security experience.
• Knowledge of criminal investigation, law, management, computers, fire safety, and training.
