KPMG is seeking a Manager, Security Governance, Risk and Compliance for our Enterprise Security Services. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities :

• Apply knowledge of risk, compliance, and information security to develop and execute comprehensive risk assessments across technology, data, and security domains, supporting leadership in risk-based decision-making.
• Identify and evaluate controls for risk mitigation, review policies, and recommend control enhancements to reduce organizational risk.
• Analyze the impact of key risks, assess the operating environment, define risk tradeoff criteria, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain risk and control matrices, risk registers, and conduct risk assessments including analysis, evaluation, and treatment planning.
• Create and deliver training on risk management, compliance, best practices, and methodologies.
• Build relationships with peers and leaders, collaborate with second and third lines of defense to ensure effective risk measurement and internal audits.

Qualifications :

• At least five years of risk and compliance experience in a large professional services firm.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications such as CIA, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP are advantageous.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management, with decision-making experience to optimize operational and cyber risks.
• Ability to analyze technical data and communicate effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; capable of mentoring team members.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
