Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SAP consulting, automation or AI transformation.
• Bachelor's degree with extensive SAP process knowledge, or 7 years SAP implementation with HS diploma/ GED.
• Strong SAP Finance, Procure-to-Pay, SCM and HCM knowledge.
• Experience with AI, automation, SAP BTP, APIs, AI agents and governance concepts.
• Knowledge of identity and access governance, roles and security controls.

Role

Manager, SAP AI & Agent Governance within the Advisory Technology Organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of AI-enabled business processes across SAP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
• Apply SAP functional expertise to define AI agent responsibilities, access models, governance controls, and delegation.
• Develop governance frameworks for AI agents, including identity management, lifecycle, monitoring, and human oversight.
• Assess risks in AI-enabled processes and create control frameworks, escalation procedures, and runtime monitoring.
• Collaborate with teams across SAP BTP, security, IAM, GRC, and AI to establish governed access and integration.
• Facilitate client workshops, support engagement delivery, and contribute to methodology, thought leadership, and proposals.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of experience in SAP consulting, automation, AI transformation, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in business, systems, engineering, or equivalent with extensive SAP process knowledge; or seven years of SAP implementation experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong understanding of SAP processes in areas like Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, and HCM.
• Experience with AI, automation, SAP BTP, APIs, AI agents, and emerging technologies preferred.
• Knowledge of identity and access governance, roles, and security controls.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into practical AI and governance solutions; leadership experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
