What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and prioritize high-potential targets by leveraging market data and seller feedback to support regional growth objectives
- Lead the development and execution of deal strategy and content for Accountable Care Organization (ACO) restoration opportunities
- Conduct strategic analysis of ACO switcher opportunities, including identifying key decision-makers and influencers
- Collaborate with Senior Regional Directors to identify and support Independent Physician Association (IPA) targets
- Partner with the Marketing team to refine segment-specific campaigns based on market insights and seller feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive work experience in a sales-oriented role
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and primary care physician operations
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
