What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, assess, and prioritize high-potential targets to support regional growth objectives
- Lead the development and execution of deal strategies for Accountable Care Organization (ACO) restoration opportunities
- Conduct strategic analysis of ACO switcher opportunities and identify key decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide end-to-end support on Independent Physician Association (IPA) deal execution
- Partner with the Marketing team to inform and refine segment-specific campaigns based on market insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA in Business, Economics, or a relevant field
- 8+ years of progressive work experience in a sales-oriented role
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and primary care physician operations
- Proven track record of success in business development
- Ability to analyze data and situations to provide effective solutions
