What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, assess, and prioritize high-potential targets to support regional growth objectives
- Lead the development and execution of deal strategy for Accountable Care Organization (ACO) restoration opportunities
- Conduct strategic analysis of ACO switcher opportunities and develop targeted strategies for complex market segments
- Collaborate with Senior Regional Directors to identify and prioritize Independent Physician Association (IPA) targets
- Partner with the Marketing team to refine segment-specific campaigns and transform custom content into standardized assets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA in Business, Economics, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive work experience in a sales-oriented role
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and primary care physician office operations
- Proven track record of success in business development
- Ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions, with excellent communication skills
