Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. seeks a Manager of Sales Development – Enterprise to lead a high-performance SDR team focused on enterprise opportunities.
You will coach, manage performance, report on metrics, and ensure quota attainment while collaborating with marketing and sales to drive GTM initiatives. The role requires at least 1+ year in SDR or sales management, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record of delivering results in software/services environments.
Manager of Sales Development – Enterprise leads a team of enterprise segment focused sales development reps directly. They are responsible for day‑to‑day management of their team including coaching, performance management, reporting and team quota attainment. They have successfully managed a high performing SDR team for at least 1 year.

The base salary range for this job family is 86,500 to 184,800 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
