Arctic Wolf is seeking a Manager of Sales Development – Enterprise to lead a high‑performing SDR team focused on the enterprise segment. You will coach, manage performance, report on results, and drive quota attainment.
You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and channel partners to design GTM initiatives, build training programs, and forecast demand while reporting to Senior Leadership. A Bachelor's degree and prior SDR management experience are required.
Manager of Sales Development – Enterprise leads a team of enterprise segment focused sales development reps directly. They are responsible for day‑to‑day management of their team including coaching, performance management, reporting and team quota attainment. They have successfully managed a high performing SDR team for at least 1 year.

The base salary range for this job family is 86,500 to 184,800 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
