Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Manager, Sales to lead and develop a high‑performing sales team in Colorado. You will spearhead prospecting, close new business, and expand wallet share with existing customers, while collaborating with National and Regional teams and using Salesforce to track success.

Your leadership will drive a cohesive sales strategy, recruit and train top talent, and ensure commitments are met through strong partnerships with operations and the RFP team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years solution-based sales experience.
• 4+ years sales leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree; Salesforce knowledge preferred.

Join First Onsite as a Manager, Sales, and take the reins in leading and supporting your team to achieve outstanding results.
